Opt-Out Process

If you wish to stop any further SMS/email alerts/contacts from our side, all you need to do is to send an email to us with your registered mobile number(s), and you will be excluded from the alerts list.

What to Include in Your Request

• Your registered mobile number(s)
• Your service connection number (if applicable)
• Type of communications you wish to stop receiving

Important Note

Please note that opting out of promotional communications will not affect essential service-related communications such as bill payment reminders, outage notifications, and other critical service updates.
